My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Carrier tracking can lag a day or two, especially right after pickup. If there's been no movement after 5 business days, email us with your order number and we'll look into it directly.
Can I change my shipping address or order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away with your order number and the correction — we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse. Once it's shipped, we're not able to redirect it.

What's your return policy?
